GOT WINE??? Harvest Wine Celebration * Temecula Wine Country* November 1 & 2, 2008

My husband Mark and I Mark & I with Susan and Marshall Stuart of Stuart Cellars Wineryhave been lucky enough to live in Temecula/Murrieta Valley for 20 years.  And over those 20 years we have enjoyed many great local events.

This weekend in Temecula Valley Wine Country is one of our BEST events/traditions held by the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association!  Trust me, if you are a wine lover you DO NOT want to MISS the Harvest Wine Celebration.  Lot's of fun people, yummy food, beautiful views, oh yeah....and GREAT WINE!

You get the opportunity to visit 22 wineries (10am-5pm) once over 2 days and sample great wine and fab food for only $89.00!  The toughest part of this event for me is trying to decide which wineries to visit!!  Sure you can hit them all up within 2 days (my math tells me that's about 11/day...YIKES) but be sure to have a Designated Driver with you! :)Hart Winery Picnic Area

Don't like crowds......Me neither!  Don't worry....Most of the wineries you visit on this 2 day event have special VIP areas exclusively for wine event member's.  Ahhhh now I feel special.  :) Ok so you can't make it both days...if you are a Local Temecula/Murrieta resident you can pay for Sunday only for $59.00.  How cool is that?  It's good to a Local!  :)

You don't like wine but love good food in a great atmosphere...then sign up as a Designated Driver and pay only $59.00 for the whole weekend.  Hey....you'll be cheaper then a Limo and can get other's to hopefully pay your way!  :)

OK are you out of excuses yet? ;)

If you can't make it to this fabulous event check out the Winter Barrel Tasting January 26-27, 2008. See I am not taking NO for an answer!!!

For reservations to this weekend's Harvest Wine Celebration call 800-801-WINE, Order Online or purchase tickets at Callaway Winery.

Janice-  I'm jealous that i'm not able to attend this great event.  You live in a beautiful area and have some amazing events available to you.  You are the local community expert in Murrieta California.

Greg - Thanks for the compliment.  Living in this Valley has it's perks!  Wine being one!  I feel very blessed.  Maybe you can get away and visit us for the Winter Barrel Tasting in January!

Bill - It really is a great time...even if you don't like wine!!  As for Tom......I would bet a free home staging consultation that he's been to at least one Harvest Wine Event!!  :)

Janice, I love wine tasting--I guess who doesn't?  I'll have to get out to my local wineries in the Spring...in the meantime have some for me :)

Very good information.  I feel silly as I have lived here for 20 years in the wine county and have never gone to this!!!!

That sounds like a great event!  Wish I was there this weekend... but 22 wineries?  Yikes, you better have more than just a designated driver.  I'd probably need someone to help me walk too!  : )

Carole - Yes, there is a wine for everyone!  The Spring?  I couldn't wait that long! ;)  I will be sure to taste for you too!  What are friends for...

Jane- Awwwww Girlfriend...you are killin' me!  :) I would love to show you around. I currently belong to 4 local wineries.  Tell me when you are available and it's a date!

Kathy - Ha!  Yeah I am pretty good about convincing people when it comes to Wine Country!  Are you in?

Chris - I wish you were here too!  Yup 22...it can be a bit much BUT when you are a professional.....
