Which room could you imagine yourself sitting in, dining in....or BUYING? Here are some Before & After picture's of a Murrieta home recently staged by 1st Stage Property Transformation.
Buying vacant home's is like buying an empty box (of chocolate). Let's face it, an empty box is a lot harder tosell then a box (of chocolate) with something in it.
Staging vacant properties create's a warm and inviting atmosphere and allows potential buyer's to visualize themselves living in the home. Let's give potential buyer a home (and some chocolate) they want to buy!

LOL It's true! Empty boxes of chocolates are much harder to sell!
Cheers,
Cindy
Carole - Awww Thank you. It is always nice to get a compliment from a colleague. Chocolate Rules! :)
Lori Kim- Thank you. I would love to get together! I am off the 15 about 1/2 S of the 91. Midway between LA and SD. My sister-in-law lives in Roseville. Small world!
Cindy - Yup...taking the lid of a box of empty chocolates is very disappointing.....like opening the front door of an empty house.
OOOOOOOOOO good one! Um, let me see...can I think about it?
NICE!
Sheron - Thank you and thanks for putting a smile on my face. No, ha....you can't think about it. And neither should the potential buyer. :)
Betty - Thank you. That "cityscape" picture has twice been requested for sale. One time I almost let them buy it. I just hate to part with it. It goes with most of my inventory and fits well in most homes. I purchased this picture last year at Z Gallerie and I don't think it is in stock any longer.
Yvonne - You are so "sweet!" Thank you. ;)
Perfect analogy and awesome job!
Congratulations. Your post is being featured within the group Staging Before and After.
Kathy
Love the analogy. May I use it sometime?

Kathleen - Thank you. Believe it or not...this is the first time I put these two inventory items together. Duh...What was I thinking! Ha! :)
Kathy - Thank you very much! I am honored.
Kim - Thank you. Please use th analogy all you want! We all need to continue to spread the "Staging" word. Stage it forward.
Rachel - Thank you. Who doesn't love chocolate!
Tom - Thank you for the compliment. The "Gump" thing came as I was typing. I like when that happens!
This is the first time I viewed this post. What a fantastic difference from blah to classy!
Kathy
Julianna - Thanks. I use to think I needed a dramatic centerpiece for dining room tables. I have learned that "less is more" can be dramatic.
Kathy - Thanks for stopping by. Yes, this home was a little sad after a divorce. Staging helped to make it a happy and complete home.
Michelle - Thank you very much. You are one of my AR Staging Mentors that I listen (read) and learn from! :)
