Life is like a box of Home Staging....or chocolate :)

Which room could you imagine yourself sitting in, dining in....or BUYING?  Here are some Before & After picture's of a Murrieta home recently staged by 1st Stage Property Transformation

Buying vacant home's is like buying an empty box (of chocolate).  Let's face it, an empty box is a lot harder tosell then a box (of chocolate) with something in it.

Staging vacant properties create's a warm and inviting atmosphere and allows potential buyer's to visualize themselves living in the home.  Let's give potential buyer a home (and some chocolate) they want to buy!

Janice, I like the box of chocolates!  You know Maurreen and I actually did marketing idea for Valentine's

Marci - Thanks.  I didn't know you and Maureen did a marketing idea for Valentine's.  I once gave out chocolate bars at Broker Open Houses.  They were a hit!

Janice this is great!  Hey, I am doing a "Staging Train" down California the week of Thanksgiving... I am stopping along my route to visit all my AR friends along I5 and 99 on my way to see my Staging Sis Michelle Minch in SCal.  Where are you and do you want to meet up?

LOL It's true! Empty boxes of chocolates are much harder to sell!

Cheers,

Cindy

Carole - Awww Thank you.  It is always nice to get a compliment from a colleague.  Chocolate Rules! :)

Lori Kim- Thank you.  I would love to get together!  I am off the 15 about 1/2 S of the 91.  Midway between LA and SD.  My sister-in-law lives in Roseville.  Small world!

Cindy - Yup...taking the lid of a box of empty chocolates is very disappointing.....like opening the front door of an empty house.

NICE!

Janice, love what you did with the rooms.  I especially like the cityscape painting in the living room and your reply to Cindy is right on.  I love chocolate - who doesn't?  Betty

Janice, Your staging is so clean, clear and dramatic. Great job. I'm afraid that I'm CDD so your mention of chocolate has stirred my blood. I'm trying to control myself.

Sheron - Thank you and thanks for putting a smile on my face.  No, ha....you can't think about it.  And neither should the potential buyer.  :)

Betty - Thank you.  That "cityscape" picture has twice been requested for sale.  One time I almost let them buy it.  I just hate to part with it.  It goes with most of my inventory and fits well in most homes.  I purchased this picture last year at Z Gallerie and I don't think it is in stock any longer.

Yvonne - You are so "sweet!"  Thank you. ;)

Kathleen - Thank you.  Believe it or not...this is the first time I put these two inventory items together. Duh...What was I thinking! Ha! :)

Kathy - Thank you very much!  I am honored.

Kim - Thank you.  Please use th analogy all you want!  We all need to continue to spread the "Staging" word.  Stage it forward.

Janice - Your work is really excellent. Good job on the Forrest Gump tie in.

Rachel - Thank you.  Who doesn't love chocolate!

Tom - Thank you for the compliment.  The "Gump" thing came as I was typing.  I like when that happens!

Janice: Very nice job. You definitely made a huge difference in the look and appeal of this home.

Julianna - Thanks.  I use to think I needed a dramatic centerpiece for dining room tables.  I have learned that "less is more" can be dramatic.

Kathy - Thanks for stopping by.  Yes, this home was a little sad after a divorce.  Staging helped to make it a happy and complete home.

Michelle - Thank you very much.  You are one of my AR Staging Mentors that I listen (read) and learn from!  :)
